If you are interested in using the NIHR Bristol CRF for your study, please contact us to discuss your requirements and the application process. The NIHR Bristol CRF is an NHS facility and for most studies, Health Research Authority approval and confirmation of capacity and capability from UHBW is required.

NIHR Clinical Research Network (CRN) West of England: Provide a Study Support Service to help you plan, set up and deliver your research. Access to a primary care and social care settings delivery team of nurses and practitioners who have supported studies in the NIHR Bristol CRF.  They also offer financial support services and training and development opportunities.

UHBW R&D department hold regular Clinical Research Start-up and Support (CReSS) workshops for clinical researchers in UHBW and colleagues in local universities, who are undertaking a new study, preparing a grant application, or wanting to know how to get started in research. The main aim of the CReSS workshops is to provide guidance and peer-support for early-stage researchers.
