NIHR Bristol CRF EDI Strategy 2023-27
At the NIHR Bristol Clinical Research Facility, we are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in everything we do. Medical research can often exclude people from certain groups and backgrounds, something that we want to change.
We aim to reduce the discrepancies in research between groups, being as diverse and inclusive as possible. We will ensure communities have a strong voice in planning and delivering research, while aiming to have a team of staff from a wide range of disciplines, specialisms, and backgrounds.
In order to achieve this, we will work towards the goals we have set out in our strategy over the next five years.
