NIHR Bristol Clinical Research Facility now open at UHBW

A newly accredited research unit in the heart of Bristol

The newly National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) accredited and partially funded Bristol Clinical Research Facility is now open. Our alignment with the NIHR officially began on 1^st September 2022, joining 53 other Clinical Research Facilities across the UK and Ireland. Currently focused on delivering early phase experimental and transitional research for Vaccine & Testing and Oncology & Immunotherapy, our new facility is looking to develop capacity in other therapeutic research areas.

As a facility, we can offer two fully equipped sleep study suites, six clinic rooms and a twelve-person meeting room.
