Non-commercial/academic research studies

We charge a set-up fee for each study ranging from £200 – £500. This is payable when the study opens. The exact figure is determined by how much preparation and oversight is needed by the core CRF team. This includes risk assessment, senior management review, preparation and approval, governance, staff training (if required), booking system administration, planning and storage of equipment (if practicable).

The cost of hiring a single clinical room is £22 per hour, or £165 per day. These fees are invoiced in arrears on a quarterly basis.

Non clinical space

We have a seminar room suitable for up to 20 visitors. It is complete with full IT and video conferencing facilities. We also have a small meeting room. This is a private space suitable for individual workers or one to one meetings. Booking is free for UHBW research teams, however, a cancellation fee of £50 is payable if cancelled less than 24hours beforehand.
